Now you talk to it. Give it a Gmail tool, put it on Telegram, and ask away. It can read your inbox, and that's all it can do. startChloe keeps it running until you stop it.

It checks with you first
Some things need a yes. Every Sunday this one finds old downloads and asks you on Telegram before deleting anything. No answer in a day, nothing goes. No AI in this one at all.

Give it a goal and let it work it out
When you can't write the steps down, hand the model a goal and a web reader and let it pick what to open. You still set the limits: 15 steps, 25 cents, five picks.
